Thus, the members of our law firm are frequently retained to provide advice on the negotiation of extensive credit agreements. A further focal point of our advisory work is on the field of capital markets law. Here, for example, we advise our clients on questions of securities law and plan corporate structures which satisfy the requirements of supervisory law.
